| Our membership page is exclusive to those who have made successful purchases from Lord & Lady Tantrum's online boutique. Once you have made a purchase you will be provided with access to your membership page where you will be able to make use of, amongst other things the invaluable reminder service (under construction)and your order tracking numbers. The exclusive membership area will be a way for us to keep you in touch and hopefully keep you amused. This will grow and mature as the website becomes more established and will be one to watch. |

| As we are not connected with any other company or third party, we will not disclose your private information to any third parties. We will only contact you if we have relevant advice or updates that you will find interesting or through our unique reminder service (under construction). | Pricing Errors |
| Pricing errors could occur due to the outcome of computers vs humans. If we find that this has been the case and you have been affected by this, we will give you the choice to cancel your order or offer you the desired option at the amended price. |
| Right to cancel |
| You may only cancel your order before we have dispatched your items. We will endeavour to check all emails before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee that this will be captured in time. |
| Lost in transit |
| We rely solely on the services of Royal Mail and the Royal Mail compensation scheme as described under the heading "Delivery" to ensure the safe, signed and unharmed delivery of your items. In the event that loss occurs within transit then their guidelines will be followed for retrieval. |

| Promotions & Sales |
| From time to time will advise our members of both public, and secret sales. These will not always be seasonal and we may only promote individual items in some cases. During a sale, their is limited stock available, we will endeavour to ensure that as stock is sold, the website reflects availability, however, in the event that you purchase an item which is out of stock, then we will look to offer you a full refund or exchange policy or delay in delivery. |

| We will sometimes be able to give our exclusive members discounts to use at Lord & Lady Tantrum.co.uk. These will always be at our discretion and may only be valid for certain periods of time or for certain products only. |

They will be especially chosen by ourselves to present you with products and services that we believe give you the same standard of product as we offer. We would only promote those sites that we would personally use ourselves. | Availability/Items in Stock |
| If items are out of stock, they should not be displayed on our website, however if this has occurred, then your delivery may be delayed and we will email you to advise of potential delays or possible alternative products. |

| We would love to hear your special requests and in all cases will try to find a way to entertain them, however this will always depend on our ability and capacity to do so. |
