Return's Policy |

We individually gift wrap each and every one of our orders by hand. We check every item before wrapping ourselves to ensure that you will not be disappointed. We have also chosen these particular high quality products because we ourselves have used them and would like for others to enjoy the pleasure. |

We are confident that you will find no marks or faults on your garment unless their was a problem with the postage which is unfortunately beyond our control. This is why we ensue that we use royal mail's special delivery service within the UK and International Signed For, within Europe where compensation can be sort. |

If however you find that the packaging has been compromised or the item is not for some reason to your satisfaction and this was within our control, then you have the right to a refund as below. |
Step 1: |

Please contact us at mailto:returns@lordandladytantrum.co.uk within 10 days of the delivery date of your product, (by delivery date we mean the point at which your parcel was signed for). Please disclose the reason that you wish to return your delivery to us, giving us a much information as you can. |
Step 2: |

We will reply urgently to you and if we are in agreement with you and accept liability or wish to view the product so that we can make a decision for you, then we will send you an individual returns numbers and confirm the address to return your goods to. These goods must be returned within 7 days of our supplying you with your individual returns number in the original packaging, unworn and with all the original tags still attached to them. If this is not possible then please advise us of this at "Step 1" as above and we will advise you accordingly but cannot guarantee a full refund. (All goods received by us must have a returns number for identification purposes, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for misplaced goods. We would also recommend you sending these by a trackable delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.) |
Step 3: |

Once good have been received and identified as yours, we will be able to make a decision on the refund claim and if in agreement with you, we will refund or replace (stock available) or settle your query in the most amicable way we deem necessary in the shortest timeframe possible. |

Any refunds will be made back to the original payee via and to the original card used for purchase according to UK anti-money laundering guidelines. |
Exchange policy |

If you would like to exchange your item with another of similar or higher value, this can also be done by contacting us as per "Step 1" above. |

If we agree that it is possible to make an exchange and a returns number has been sent to you, then these goods must be returned within 7 days of our supplying you with your individual returns |
