Within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) we use the Royal Mail's special delivery service for items over the value of £40(excluding Puj Tub, see below). We ensure that the compensation limit is set to £500. This is a trackable service using the tracker code that we will provide to you via your membership page once the item has been dispatched to you. This is a signature on delivery service, so please try to ensure that the address of delivery is occupied during working hours. We use Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service on all items under the value of £40, This is a signature on delivery service, so please try to ensure that the address of delivery is occupied during working hours. If no one is available to sign for this service a slip should be left at the address advising of attempted delivery and advising where the item can be retrieved. We accept no responsibility for the delivery of the item once dispached and would refer you to the Royal Mail website, answering any further questions.

Outside the UK we dispatch all our post (excluding Puj Tub, see below)using the Royal Mail's international signature on delivery service. In other countries outside the UK, delivery standards vary. This means that the item can only be tracked up and to the port of exit from the UK. Within the European union (excluding the UK) this may provide a compensation up to £500. Outside of the European Union (excluding the UK), this may provide a compensation upto £250. Because delivery standards vary outside the UK, it is not therefore possible to provide a copy of the signature which was obtained and confirmed at the point of delivery. Delivery times are those advised by the Royal mail and can vary according to unforeseen circumstances relating to the Royal Mail and other countries delivery services.
 

PO BOXES and HMR Forces addresses cannot unfortunately be used as a valid delivery address, you will need to provide an alternative address if requested by Lord & Lady Tantrum. If you cannot provide a suitable alternative, we would need to cancel your order and retrieve any costs incurred via the transaction.
 
 Puj Tub may exceed postage size restrictions for certain countries outside the UK.  If this is the case then we will need to remove the original packaging and possibly roll the product to reduce the dimensions.  We will endeavour to maitain the products capabilites as much as possible within reason but cannot be held responsible for the postal services outside the UK.
